If you are not satisfied with your order or change your mind for any reason, you may return your unopened, sealed Yota Liners parcel for a full refund less a 50% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless it is determined that the wrong product was sent. Determination if packages being sealed and unopened is at the discretion of PMG Resources, L.L.C. and www.yotaliners.com staff. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. All returns must be pre-approved and made within 10 days of original shipping date. Original packaging must be retained and will be requested. Please contact us for return authorization and correct return mailing address. All shipping comes with a minimum of $50 of insurance from USPS. Buyers are to contact USPS to file a claim on packaging or product damaged during shipment.
CANCELLED ORDERS: All orders are eligible to be cancelled by contacting customer service by Midnight (12:00am) Mountain Time, USA on the day of the order. Any sales and shipping charges for unshipped product are eligible for full refund if submitted within this timeframe.
